Responsibilities:
• Team leadership: task delegation, supervision, current team consists of 2 developers
• Developing architecture and client side of Flutter app
• Integration with server side, UI design (Figma)
• Organizing testing (unit, widget)
• Involvement in UI/UX design, mentoring, team training
• Efficient task planning and resource management

Requirements:
• Strong experience with Flutter, Android/iOS
• Proficient in OOP, BLoC, Clean Architecture, GetIt
• Experience with http/Dio, AutoRoute/GoRouter, Streams, WebSockets, push-notifications
• Ability to write scalable, testable code
• Projects in App Store/Google Play, participation in open-source

Optional:
• Knowledge of DevOps practices
• Experience in TeamLead role: team management, task planning
