We're building the NBK AI Platform - an internal platform for developing and shipping AI products to production. Over the past six months, the team has deployed 10+ AI products to production on top of it. We develop scalable backend services, platform components and distributed systems that power the NBK's AI solutions - from inference infrastructure and data processing to internal developer tooling (Internal Developer Platform).

Responsibilities:
• Develop backend services in Go and Python
• Design microservice architecture and REST/gRPC APIs
• Work with PostgreSQL, Redis and Kafka
• Deploy services in Docker/Kubernetes
• Advance CI/CD and GitOps (GitLab CI, ArgoCD)

Requirements:
• four + years of commercial software development
• Production experience with Go, Python and TypeScript
• Experience designing microservices and distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL
• Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD

Optional requirements:
• Kafka / NATS / RabbitMQ
• CQRS and Event Sourcing
• Terraform and Observability
