Kazakhtelecom is building a multi-tenant AI platform powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise integrations. The platform uses a unified codebase with tenant-specific customization, enabling rapid customer onboarding, secure scaling, and efficient product maintenance.

Responsibilities:
• Develop backend services and REST APIs
• Build data and document processing pipelines
• Implement RAG, document indexing, and semantic search
• Integrate AI services with enterprise systems
• Ensure performance, reliability, and observability of services
• Participate in architecture design and code reviews

Requirements:
• 5+ years of Python backend development experience
• Strong knowledge of FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka or Celery
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, and vector databases (Qdrant or pgvector)
• Understanding of software architecture, testing, security, and observability
• Ability to work independently and contribute to technical decisions
