Our company is backed by tier 1 Silicon Valley VCs (some of them invested in Anthropic). In our team you will be working with the leading experts in ML/SWE/Bussiness Development (Sergek’s CTO, ex-Yandex, YDA, IPHO, IMO winners, ex-SnapChat, ex-Replica AI Executive Bsussines Dev, who increased the ARR from 500k to 40M)

Responsibilities4
• Developing and helping to maintain new framework for agents reasoning.
• Work closely with domain experts (some renowned Hollywood directors) to understand inner workings.
• Come up with the ways to evaluate the agent’s performance
• Be constantly up to date with latest developments in LLMs and reasoning

Requirements6
• knowledge of state of the art LLMs and agents
• Advanced RAG techniques
• Finetuning LLMs
• classical ML and DL
• Ability to write code that is easy to understand and maintain.
• 60-80+ working hours per week. We understand that it is a lot, and might not suite for everyone but we believe that exceptional things can happen only with exceptional dedication. Though, we don’t work on Sundays))
• Advanced RAG techniques
