Microfinance organization is currently transforming into a Bank

Responsibilities:
• Business analysis
• BI analysis
• Testing BI solutions

Requirements:
• Working with business requirements throughout their lifecycle
• Data analysis and profiling in any DB
• Algorithm development and programming, proficient in SQL (preferably T-SQL) and Python
• Working with BI tools stack (MS SQL Management Studio, MS SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, MS Excel, Open Source BI)
• Testing BI solutions
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies

Optional:
• ETL/ELT tools (MS SSIS, Airflow)
• DWH tools (MS SQL Server 2017, Visual Studio)
• Confluence/Jira/Bitbucket
• BPMN notation and UML language for business process analysis
• Agile methodologies
