MFO R-Finance is a microfinance organization.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze product performance and monitor disbursements, SP, and NPL across auto-collateral, auto-loan, real estate, and unsecured products; assess the impact of product changes.
• Use SQL in DBeaver to analyze the mobile app, including funnels, retention, customer base, and mobile KPIs.
• Conduct market and competitor research, assess product profitability, and prepare specifications for 1C and Brainysoft.
• Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards in Excel, BI tools, 1C, Bitrix24 CRM, and Brainysoft, covering management accounting, sales, and risk metrics.
• Provide analytical support to the finance and management function and the Collections Department, including PAR/NPL, vintage, and roll-rate analysis.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in analytics or BI, including at least 1 year as an analyst.
• Advanced Excel skills and confident SQL proficiency; experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or DataLens.
• Experience with 1C and Bitrix24 CRM, and understanding of ELT/ETL tools and platforms such as Airflow, ClickHouse, and dbt.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.

Optional:
• Experience in a bank or microfinance organization is preferred.
