Abstract
Code, result files and analysis scripts for the study "Ocular-correlated signals and decision rules alter the apparent performance of dynamic time warping in motor-imagery EEG decoding" (submitted to Scientific Reports). Includes preprocessing, DTW, band-power, FBCSP, Riemannian and learned-model pipelines, cross-session protocols, ocular-regression and sham controls, subject-level statistics, per-participant result files, and the scripts that generate every number, table and figure in the manuscript. The datasets (BCI Competition IV 1, 2a, 2b; PhysioNet EEGMMIDB) are public and not included; see data/README.md for sources and checksums.
