Abstract
In the context of the digital transformation of education and increasing requirements for the quality of training of IT specialists, the task of creating intelligent systems for analyzing and predicting the career achievements of graduates becomes urgent collecting, processing, and interpreting data from various sources, such as educational platforms, professional networks, and online resumes. Machine learning and data mining algorithms are used as methods, which provide the construction of models for predicting career growth.
