Galymzhan "Aleem" Issabekov is a Medical Doctor and PhD Candidate at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, working in clinical neuroscience. His research focuses on deep brain stimulation surgery and microelectrode recordings of single neurons in awake and sleeping patients, aiming to improve treatment for Parkinson’s disease.
