I am a third-year PhD student in Artificial Intelligence at Nazarbayev University, specializing in Deep Learning and Computer Vision. I have experience working on a variety of AI and computer vision tasks, particularly in medical image analysis and image segmentation. I have already authored and contributed to research publications and have experience in academic research and scientific writing. In addition, I have teaching experience, including supporting students in technical and quantitative subjects. My research interests focus on developing deep learning methods for challenging computer vision and medical imaging problems.

I take full ownership of the products I run, including leading development, managing cross-functional teams without direct authority, fostering collaboration across engineering and business, and keeping stakeholders aligned from C-suite to ministerial level. On the craft side, I own product vision, roadmap, backlog, PRDs and user stories, unit economics, A/B testing, and integrations (REST API, LLM). I've presented products to audiences up to the prime ministers of five countries.

Introduction I’m a high school student at NIS Taraz with a strong interest in artificial intelligence, data science, engineering, and scientific research. I’m especially interested in how AI and machine learning can be applied to real-world problems rather than being used only as theoretical concepts. I enjoy exploring new technologies, developing project ideas, learning programming, and working on research that can have a practical impact. My long-term goal is to become a strong researcher and engineer in AI and contribute to projects that address meaningful social and environmental challenges. At the moment, one of my most important goals is to prepare myself to become a contestant at the next International Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence (IOAI). I want to strengthen my knowledge of machine learning, algorithms, mathematics, and data analysis while gaining experience through competitions and collaborative projects. I’m joining DSML KZ because I want to surround myself with people who are genuinely interested in AI and data science, learn from those with more experience, and contribute my own ideas and energy to the community. I believe being part of such an environment will push me to improve much faster.

I'm a Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience in fintech, focused on turning data into product growth and customer value.
