People in DSML Kazakhstan

Backend Software Engineer with 3+ years of production experience building distributed, high-throughput systems in Go: event-driven microservices on gRPC and Kafka sustaining 12K+ messages/min at sub-50ms p95 latency, and a market-data engine processing 10,000+ ticks/sec at sub-millisecond latency. Comfortable owning a system end to end, from API design through production performance work, including cutting p95 latency 60% via profiling and index redesign, and integrating a computer-vision model into a live production workflow. Previously the de facto technical lead on a backend team, owning code review before an official promotion made it formal.
