I'm a Data Engineer with over four years of experience at Kaspi.kz, working within the Business Intelligence team. My main focus was building data models and dashboards for stakeholders across finance, budgeting, and KPI teams — translating their needs into reliable, accurate reporting. Along the way, I became especially focused on data quality and query optimization — for example, I redesigned a bonus calculation process that used to take over three hours and often failed, and reduced it to a fraction of that time while making it fully reliable. I also led the data migration for a company-wide platform transition involving over 2,000 users, which taught me a lot about managing risk during large-scale change.
