Machine Learning Engineer with 4+ years of experience developing AI solutions across healthcare, computer vision, natural language processing, and embedded AI. Experienced in designing, implementing, and deploying production AI systems using Python, deep learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern MLOps practices. Strong background in AI system integration, data engineering, model optimization, and scalable machine learning infrastructure. IEEE-published researcher with expertise in translating cutting-edge AI research into production-ready applications.

My name is Khalel, and I am an AI developer based in Almaty. I specialize in designing and implementing AI services at the intersection of Computer Vision and LLMs. My tech stack includes Python (PyTorch, OpenCV), JavaScript (React), FastAPI, and PostgreSQL. As part of the Socrat AI project, I developed a system for automated calorie counting and personalized nutritional recommendations. GitHub repository: https://github.com/Khalel2023/Socrates-AI I also developed a satellite imagery analysis system designed to detect building damage. Веб-разработчик, превращаю идеи в удобные цифровые продукты, изучаю AI, автоматизацию и создаю решения, которые приносят бизнесу измеримую пользу и рост.

Machine Learning Engineer SOFTMAX Company February 2026 - May 2026. I developed and researched machine learning models to solve the applied tasks of the project. I conducted a search and analysis of existing machine learning models, evaluated their applicability to the task at hand. Performed training, tuning, and optimization of models, as well as comparing their performance against various quality metrics. Conducted testing and validation of models in order to select the most effective solution. Analyze the experimental results and improved the quality of the models by selecting hyperparameters and changing the architecture. Integrated the selected models into the overall architecture of the system. Date Analyst NASAR SOLUTIONS Company June 2025 - September 2025 Collecting, processing, and analyzing data from various sources to identify key trends and patterns. Data preparation and cleaning before performing analysis and reporting. Development of SQL queries to extract the necessary information from databases. Create analytical reports and interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyzing user behavior and making recommendations to improve the product and user experience. Conducting research and drawing conclusions based on the data obtained. Monitoring key business metrics and identifying the factors influencing their change. Start-up Website “https://ship-ai.app /” Developed and maintained an intelligent chatbot for the ship-ai platform. Researched and evaluated various large language models (LLM) and AI solutions for integration into the product. Developed prompta and scenarios of user interaction with the AI assistant. Tested the quality of the model's responses and optimized the accuracy of recommendations. Analyzed user queries and improved the quality of response generation.. Participated in the integration of AI components with the backend and API of the platform
