People in DSML Kazakhstan

Young coder with a practical mindset. I build applications, work with APIs and machine learning tools, and treat complex problems as puzzles worth cracking rather than obstacles.

My name is Ildar Bikmamatov. I'm a full-stack developer, CTO, and the creator of BayLang — an open-source AI platform for building web applications, CRM, and ERP systems. I've been coding since 2003. My journey: - Started with Pascal in school in Kazakhstan (2003) - Competed in regional and national olympiads in informatics - Represented Kazakhstan at ACM ICPC in Almaty and Tashkent - Won 3rd place at IT Planeta in Linux administration - Built 30+ IT projects over 20 years — from freelancer to CTO - Created BayLang programming language — a compiler-based platform with its own programming language, component architecture, Open Core model, and Marketplace - Placed top 30 in Yandex Code Run 2023 (Machine Learning track)
