Product Manager focused on AI products. Over three years, I've taken 5 enterprise AI products from zero to deployment for clients across retail, mining, aerospace, and government. I own the full cycle from discovery and requirements to release and support. Selected results: an LLM/RAG assistant that cut request-handling time to 10 seconds and doubled consultation quality; an equipment-wear prediction system modeled at ~$130K per asset in avoided downtime; a computer-vision analytics system for a 70-location chain; and an AI drone for production monitoring that contributed to a +4% gold-recovery uplift. I take full ownership of the products I run, including leading development, managing cross-functional teams without direct authority, fostering collaboration across engineering and business, and keeping stakeholders aligned from C-suite to ministerial level. On the craft side, I own product vision, roadmap, backlog, PRDs and user stories, unit economics, A/B testing, and integrations (REST API, LLM).
