Own the AI chat core of a 3D home design platform

Responsibilities:
• Multi-stage pipeline (extract→compute→check→resolve→respond)
• Extract 40+ fields via Zod + LLM structured output
• Budget/site/planning constraint checkers + ranking agents
• Phase-aware convo orchestration
• Tools for floor plan vector search (MongoDB Atlas + embeddings)
• Prompts, reliability, tracing/evals

Requirements:
• 2+ yrs production LLM apps
• agentic/tool-use design
• prompt + structured outputs/function calling
• Vercel AI SDK
• RAG/vector search
• TypeScript + Next.js + React

Optional:
• MCP
• BIM/IFC or geospatial/planning data
• Three.js/3D formats
