AMAN Ltd. is a startup focused on security solutions, currently growing in UAE and EU markets. The company is developing computer vision-powered video analytics for CCTV and surveillance systems, expanding into the academic sector.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and improve human action recognition models on video
• Work with video streams (RTSP, IP cameras, NVR)
• Process video in real time (10–25 FPS)
• Prepare and clean datasets, labeling, augmentations
• Train and fine-tune models (PyTorch)
• Optimize inference (GPU/CPU)
• Reduce false positives / false negatives
• Integrate the model into a backend service (API / queues / microservices)
• Generate event clips (pre/post buffer)

Requirements:
• Strong Python skills
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Understanding of computer vision (detection / tracking / classification)
• Experience working with OpenCV
• Understanding of how neural networks are trained (loss, overfitting, augmentation)

Optional:
• Experience with RTSP/IP cameras
• YOLO
• DeepSORT
• TensorRT / ONNX / inference acceleration
• GPU optimization
