Junior Data Scientist / ML Engineer (Intern)

Almaty / Remote, project based

Specializes in developing ML solutions for healthcare, HR-tech, geo-analytics, and corporate data

Responsibilities:
• Work on NLP tasks: text classification, attribute extraction
• Contribute to building RAG systems
• Develop data analysis pipelines and automated reports
• Integrate and deploy ML solutions

Requirements:
• Python 3.8+ (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn)
• Basic knowledge of ML algorithms and metrics
• Experience with PyTorch
• Understanding of NLP fundamentals and text processing
• Git for version control
• English language proficiency for technical documentation reading

Optional:
• HuggingFace Transformers
• LangChain for RAG systems
• Docker for containerization
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Kaggle
• Basics of web development (FastAPI, Flask)
