Teniz Capital Investment Banking is a fast-growing investment company based in Almaty. The company is developing its Data Office. Work at the intersection of data, finance, and AI, partnering with finance teams to improve their workflows and support business decisions with data.

Responsibilities:
• Automate finance team workflows, including reporting, reconciliations, and calculations.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Superset.
• Write SQL queries and develop data pipelines using ClickHouse.
• Identify suitable applications for LLMs and machine learning, and implement them carefully where they can improve work.

Requirements:
• Confident Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with BI tools; Superset experience is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and translate business needs into data requirements.

Optional:
• Experience with ClickHouse, or willingness to learn it quickly.
• Knowledge of finance and the investment industry is an advantage.
• For junior candidates: a strong foundation, personal projects or a portfolio, and motivation to grow quickly.
