HealthTech startup building an AI platform for the U.S. healthcare market to reduce hospital readmissions.

Responsibilities:
• Lead architecture and backend development (Go, Java)
• Design scalable, resilient distributed systems
• Integrate LLMs, AI agents, RAG and inference services
• Build event-driven workflows and platform infrastructure
• Drive engineering standards, DevOps and security practices

Requirements:
• 5–6+ years of software engineering experience
• Tech Lead or Senior Backend background
• Strong system design expertise
• Hands-on experience with Go and/or Java
• Understanding of AI/LLM architectures

Optional:
• AWS experience is a plus
