Developing AI/ML solutions to enhance sales and customer service efficiency

Responsibilities:
• Translating business needs into technical solutions
• Designing and deploying scalable ML models
• Analyzing structured and unstructured data for insights
• Implementing data pipelines in CI/CD environments
• Leading AI/ML initiatives and mentoring junior data scientists
• Driving ROI through data and AI initiatives

Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in data science with ML deployment
• Expertise in ML techniques and frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Snowflake, and CI/CD systems
• English B2+, Russian B2+
