MedTech startup developing AI software for early stroke diagnosis
Responsibilities:
• Participate in annotation process control
• Support existing training pipelines
• Develop new pipelines
• Write APIs for working with trained models
• Solve CV tasks (segmentation, classification, generative networks)
• Code reviews
Requirements:
• Experience with neural networks (CNN, RNN)
• Experience with Generative models (GAN, DM)
• Python, Pytorch, Pytorch-lightning
• Understanding of basic data structures and algorithms
• Knowledge of classical ML algorithms
• Docker, Git
• Desire and ability to conduct research
