Freedom Travel develops ML solutions for travel and other Freedom group companies. Production ML platform for pricing, optimization, recommendations, search, and forecasting.

Responsibilities:
• Research and develop models for pricing, optimization, recommendations, ranking/search, forecasting, and causal inference.
• Run applied research, rapid experiments, and evaluate papers and industry approaches.
• Design offline and online experiments
• measure model quality and business impact.
• Turn ambiguous business problems into ML or optimization tasks and deliver production solutions.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams.

Requirements:
• 3+ years in ML Engineering, Data Science, or Research Engineering.
• Strong probability, statistics, linear algebra, and optimization skills.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with predictive modeling, recommendations, forecasting, experimentation, deep learning, or retrieval.
• Production ML experience: training, deployment, inference, monitoring, evaluation, and reproducible experiments.

Optional:
• Degree in applied mathematics, computer science, statistics, or data science.
• Experience in product ML or high-scale data environments with strong experimentation.
