Sapa Digital Communications is expert team creating intelligent IT solutions in CRM and voice assistants field
Responsibilities:
• End-to-end management of AI/ML products
• Coordinate development, data science, and ML teams
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks
• Assist in forming roadmaps and product development strategy
• Participate in research and launch of new ML-based solutions
• Communicate with clients and internal teams
Requirements:
• 3+ years project management experience, preferably in fintech, telecom, or AI/ML
• Understanding of ML product development lifecycle
• Experience collaborating with data science and development teams
• Strong skills in requirements management, planning, and communication
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
Optional:
• Experience in voice tech/NLP/automation product launches
