Building AI-first services for automating and scaling business processes in the salon industry in СIS

Responsibilities:
• design and develop AI/backend architecture
• participate in the development and resolution of complex technical issues
• build the roadmap and long-term development of AI services
• manage and mentor AI/Backend developers
• make key technical decisions alongside CEO and CTO

Requirements:
• strong experience with Python and AI/LLM ecosystem
• understanding of production-grade AI systems
• experience in designing backend/system architecture
• experience managing a development team
• ownership mindset and ability to make technical decisions
