Ex-human is an innovative AI company specializing in Empathetic AI, creating digital humans and AI characters. Their main product, Botify AI, is a unique ecosystem of AI characters allowing users to interact and even engage in romantic conversations

Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize LLM and NLP models
• Train neural networks and prepare datasets
• Optimize model inference and computation costs
• Build FastAPI endpoints for LLM
• Scale and maintain highload AI systems
• Research and implement advanced Conversational AI methods

Requirements:
• 4+ years in ML/DS or backend development
• 1.5-2 years with NLP, LLM
• Experience scaling highload AI systems
• Python and PyTorch proficiency
• English for technical reading and discussions

Optional:
• Prize placements in international competitions (IMO/IOI, ICPC)
• Scientific publications on relevant topics
