Kazakhstan wins six medals at IMO 2025

Kazakhstan's team placed 17th among 110 countries at the 66th International Mathematical Olympiad, held in Australia in July.
Our medalists: 🥈 Miron Yurkevich — 73rd place; 🥈 Amirlan Amanzholov — 82nd; 🥈 Margulan Sharel — 91st; 🥈 Amir Sakhipov — 91st; 🥉 Yerkanat Kengshilik — 203rd; 🥉 Yerassyl Altynbek — 243rd.
The team scored 175 out of 252 points and entered the world's top 20. Despite not winning gold, this is one of Kazakhstan's best results in recent years and confirms the high level of preparation among its school students.
