• Promoted to Backend Team Lead in the project's final year; led a 5-person team (3 backend developers, 1 QA, 1 business analyst), owned architecture decisions, and delivered the platform MVP in 6 months. • Architected a centralized API Gateway as the single entry point for all microservices — enforcing JWT authentication, CORS policy, and bank-webhook signature verification — closing off direct access to internal services and hardening the platform's security posture.

Jusan Market was an e-commerce marketplace in Kazakhstan, connecting customers with merchants through the Jusan digital ecosystem.

Introduced Go at the company, rewrote three core services, and owned tariff and payment APIs for mobile and desktop clients.

• Spearheaded the company's migration from PHP to Go, delivering the first Go service at the company and personally rewriting 3 core services end-to-end (including all business logic) within 6 months, without AI-assisted tooling. • Co-authored the team's internal Go SDK library and introduced the factory design pattern, standardizing how services were built across the engineering team. • Owned the tariff and payment services end-to-end — designing and maintaining the APIs that powered mobile and desktop clients — while contributing performance and reliability fixes across other services.
