• Built a recommendation module for an upsell campaign involving annual contracts, generating ₸2.3 billion in revenue, with project churn of 6% compared with the company average of 8%. • Developed segmentation logic to prioritize high LTV subscribers for targeted offers. • Built the full pipeline, from data extraction to QlikSense visualization and production launch. • Developed a subscriber profile data mart with 160 parameters, and took responsibility for data quality and accuracy. • The data mart was used in 3 business projects with combined revenue of approximately ₸500 million.
