Coordinated excursions and volunteer support for an international AI olympiad with almost 500 participants from over 100 countries.

• Coordinated host excursions and a 200+ person volunteer corps supporting almost 500 participants from 100+ countries. • Identified and contacted 10+ volunteer organizations to recruit and coordinate event volunteers. • Organized international excursions to Comic Con and ALEM.AI, Kazakhstan’s International Center of Artificial Intelligence.

Led competition operations from outreach to delivery, including stages in Astana and Almaty, with 70 universities competing in the 1/8 stage.

• Fully managed and led the competition’s operations end-to-end, from outreach through delivery. • Approached and coordinated with universities across Kazakhstan to drive participation, with 70 universities competing in the 1/8 stage. • Provided technical support throughout the contest stages. • Organized the online 1/8 stage in full, plus the offline 1/4-finals in Astana and Northern Eurasia Final in Almaty.
