Led a 4-person team to deliver a real-time locomotive telemetry dashboard for KTZ within 24 hours, implementing WebSocket streaming with EMA/median smoothing for live health-index visualization. Owned full-stack delivery, including the data filtering pipeline, health-index scoring, and WebSocket backend in NestJS alongside the React frontend.
