Led development of a self-hosted AI platform, including quantized local models and repository agents, for a secure military environment.

• Managed the product lifecycle for an internal AI platform for document processing and codebase maintenance, deploying NLP models (Qwen) on local hardware to address security constraints. • Quantized Qwen models (Q4_K_M / Q5_K_M) to run within a 16GB VRAM limit while keeping generation speed and output quality close to cloud-based models. • Deployed autonomous AI agents (OpenCode) in the repository to automate bug detection. • Built a fully self-hosted AI stack for an air-gapped environment to prevent data leaks and comply with university security protocols.
