Built AI support automation, launched a WhatsApp product, and improved onboarding, monetization, billing, and churn measurement.

• Built an LLM support assistant that autonomously resolves 59% of incoming chats with no operator involved, measured across 1,200+ conversations. Also built an agentic version that reads the user’s account state, spots what’s misconfigured, and fixes it for them. • Took a WhatsApp Business API product from nothing to paying clients — prototypes, pre-launch waitlist, and the first 30+ customers closed and onboarded personally after Meta approval.

• Building the product end-to-end — strategy, UX and full-stack development (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL). Built a floor-plan editor that converts a 2D layout into an isometric view, so venues can map their space visually. • Validating demand with concierge-style manual bookings before scaling development.
