Jan 2025 — Jun 2026Wrote the literature review for a co-authored paper (in preparation), establishing the methodological framework for a large-scale dataset. Built data augmentation pipelines to statistically balance the dataset across emotion, age, and gender. Curated Wild1024, a ground-truth benchmark for font identification, now underlying a second co-authored publication.
MBZUAI UGRIP
Jun 2026 — PresentSelected for UGRIP (2% acceptance rate), a competitive summer research program, to study alignment for multilingual LLMs. Ran the dataset construction over the 4-week program and conducted the literature review that shaped the project’s methodology. Applied Fleiss’ kappa to check inter-rater reliability across the annotated data, and presented the team’s findings at the program’s final showcase.

Jul 2025 — Aug 2025Developed and tested AI agent prototypes with Anthropic Claude, integrating external tools and data via the Model Context Protocol to enable modular agent access to company data and services. Investigated resilient web-scraping methods for sites with sophisticated defenses, evaluating headless browser automation as a potential solution.
