• Solely designed and built qCRM, a multi-tenant CRM (Vue 3 + TypeScript, FastAPI, PostgreSQL) used daily by 12 people across 4 businesses: deal pipelines, task tracking, unified messenger inbox • Built an AI assistant on Gemini and OpenAI APIs: function calling, RAG over each company’s knowledge base, prompt-injection guard and per-tenant data isolation • Car-rental client: automated contract generation (10 → 2 min); an AI bot handles routine questions (80% of 50 daily leads), cutting time per lead from 20–25 to ∼5 min (4×)
