• Diagnosed and mitigated a production reconnection storm affecting ~3–4K EV chargers during unstable network conditions, where excessive GenServer and ETS state reads amplified CPU load and drove memory usage to 2–3× normal levels, causing OOMs and pod restarts; optimized the reconnect path to stabilize the system under mass reconnects. • Diagnosed and optimized production PostgreSQL query bottlenecks using Grafana and EXPLAIN ANALYZE, reducing worst-case execution time from ~25 seconds to ~2 seconds, with typical execution around 200–300 ms.

• Architected and delivered a greenfield Elixir/PostgreSQL device-management integration in ~3 months, embedding laptop and peripheral ordering directly into the employee onboarding workflow and taking the backend integration from initial design to production. • Designed a resilient cross-system synchronization architecture using idempotent event processing, persistent synchronization state, PostgreSQL transactions, reconciliation, periodic resynchronization, background jobs, retries, and failure recovery to keep Remote and an external provider consistent despite partial or transient failures.
