• Developed an internal dashboard in Go and React for 4 campuses (Astana, Almaty, Pavlodar, Shymkent) with Gitea OAuth 2.0 authentication, per-campus Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and an audit log enforced by a PostgreSQL trigger. • Implemented backend-enforced attendance tracking (network allowlist, one active session per user, heartbeat-capped time accrual) that handled about 740,000 API requests in a single day, including 280,000 agent heartbeats. • Automated candidate application validation with a scheduled AI agent (Hermes), eliminating about 1 hour of manual work per day.
