• Cleaned and matched 100K+ rows of education data with pandas and RapidFuzz, standardized institution names, and fixed encoding errors to improve model accuracy and data consistency. • Built an end-to-end NLP pipeline with spaCy and RuBERT to classify 300+ specialties, established a baseline AUC, and iteratively improved metrics. • Applied clustering to text data using TF-IDF features and SBERT embeddings to group similar job descriptions, evaluating cluster quality with Silhouette and Davies-Bouldin metrics.

• Built a semantic pipeline to match job vacancies to a profession taxonomy in Russian and Kazakh using SentenceTransformers and multilingual-e5, creating a combined dataset for later analysis. • Developed a multimodal pipeline using OCR and the Qwen2.5-VL Hugging Face API to analyze images in Kazakh and Russian, extract text automatically, categorize it, and generate structured descriptions.
