Almaz Alimzhan

I am a Data Scientist at Kazakhtelecom, working on machine learning, NLP/LLM workflows, document analysis, procurement analytics, and SQL/Python data pipelines. My experience includes tender win/loss modeling, AI-assisted document analysis, structured extraction, and geospatial analytics with large-scale telecom data. I am also an MSc student in Applied Mathematics, focused on optimization, Extreme Value Theory, and statistical learning. I am interested in applied ML, LLM systems, RAG, and production AI tools.

I believe that the future is behind DSML. As a mathematician I find this field very interesting and I want to contribute to the development of DSML, especially in Kazakhstan. As DSML is strongly math related field, I think this is a right choice for me.
