My main focus was building data models and dashboards for stakeholders across finance, budgeting, and KPI teams — translating their needs into reliable, accurate reporting. Along the way, I became especially focused on data quality and query optimization — for example, I redesigned a bonus calculation process that used to take over three hours and often failed, and reduced it to a fraction of that time while making it fully reliable. I also led the data migration for a company-wide platform transition involving over 2,000 users, which taught me a lot about managing risk during large-scale change.
