Jan 2024 — PresentBuilt RAG and Text-to-SQL services, churn and segmentation models, and ML pipelines at Freedom Bank. Churn results drove CRM retention campaigns.
• Built a RAG system over the corporate DWH knowledge base (DDL objects, business logic, SQL scripts) using sentence-transformers embeddings and Qdrant, with OpenAI API generation orchestrated via LangChain. • Developed a Text-to-SQL agent on top of the corporate DWH, enabling business units to query analytics in natural language without data-team involvement. • Built a RAG quality evaluation pipeline using RAGAs metrics (faithfulness, answer relevancy, context precision) with automated quality monitoring.
