An end-to-end ML system for apartment price estimation and investment recommendations in a given district, with an added focus on air quality as a pricing factor. Built from data pipeline to model training to deployment (FastAPI backend, Next.js frontend, Cloudflare Tunnel). Integrated the Gemini API to parse natural-language user input into structured apartment parameters.
