My journey: - Started with Pascal in school in Kazakhstan (2003) - Competed in regional and national olympiads in informatics - Represented Kazakhstan at ACM ICPC in Almaty and Tashkent - Won 3rd place at IT Planeta in Linux administration - Built 30+ IT projects over 20 years — from freelancer to CTO - Created BayLang programming language — a compiler-based platform with its own programming language, component architecture, Open Core model, and Marketplace - Placed top 30 in Yandex Code Run 2023 (Machine Learning track)
