TrustContract had about 1,500+ clients.

Managed web and software projects from requirements to delivery, including a school-approved reading platform that grew from 200 to 500+ users and an emergency services CRM.

• kitaplab.kz, a reading platform for children aged 4 to 11. Reworked product logic, fixed the points system so children used all features, added teacher assignment ratings using descriptors, gamification with characters and point-based avatar customization, and quarterly progress charts. Launched with 200 users and grew to 500+. Presented to the Ministry of Education of Kazakhstan, which approved the project for school deployment.

• Built a freight transportation platform for the US to Kazakhstan route, with registration, user and admin roles, delivery requests, and warehouse management. • Built an MVP coffee marketplace for the UAE market as a Flutter mobile app, with a catalog, ordering, and delivery. • Developed an anti-fraud system for a medical clinic. Connected to an X-ray equipment SQL Server database, wrote Python scripts to classify images and match them to prices, and built Power BI dashboards for revenue and branches. Reconciliation identified 12 cases of payment theft involving four employees.

Launched for use, and the client tested hypotheses and received real leads. • Pinta KZ, a mobile task tracker with reminders, prioritization, and voice notes. Delivered on time, with 30 to 40 active users. • Digital Tenge MVP, a National Bank of Kazakhstan CBDC sandbox. Worked on the UI and backend integration for wallets, cryptographic signatures, and payment flows. Completed the MVP on time, presented it to government bodies, and the project continued.
