Pioneering DevRel as an engine for developer efficiency with DORA and shared infrastructure. Building scalable DevEx by embedding AI directly into the SDLC to remove developer friction.Developers and business folks see the same thing differently and name it differently. Neither business nor tech folks have complete understanding of the goals / task. JIRA user stories get obsolete within time as new business requirements appear on a bi weekly basis. In intersection of developer relations, product management and academic research. I try to marry enterprise stakeholders and developer communities: - building the shared world model - collecting the infrastructure to support product development (meta level - YAML and MD, scripts but also business infrastructure in google sheets, github and any other shared single source of view) - building market data and feedback loops - developer portal sharing services data : developers, managers, VCs and consumers. - building internal DevRel processess and establishing bridges to strategic leadership, marketing folks and developers. As a former Community Manager for Google (concluding in December 2025), I successfully scaled the network of developer chapters across Central Asia from 5 to 25. And launched Google for startups partner led accelerator - Silkway. I continue to drive regional tech discourse as the Founder of devs.kz and devrel.kz. Through our active YouTube channel and media platform, I host monthly online tech meetups for hundreds of Developers and Product Managers. This channel serves as a real-time intelligence hub, providing me with empirical, on-the-ground data regarding the infrastructure choices, operational pain points, and labor economics of the Central Asian engineering talent pool. X Senior Lecturer and a PhD Candidate in Information Systems (expected defense 2026) at Kazakh-British Technical University. I don't just execute DevRel strategies; I study, teach, and publish on the underlying governance frameworks, ecosystems, AI agent building on Google's Antigravity and ADK. Grew the GDG network from 5 to 25 chapters across 6 countries; drove 10k+ Cloud/GenAI activations. Managed the Silkway Accelerator (Google for Startups); supported cohorts that achieved a collective valuation of $8B+. Hands-on AI/ML: Combining PhD research with practical shipping experience (Founder of Tengri.bot, Co-Founder Clicklog.io).
