Math is the core of how I approach everything — I've worked through multivariable calculus, ordinary differential equations, linear algebra, and group theory, and I don't just study these topics, I apply them: mathematical foundations are what let me treat ML/DS rigorously instead of using models as black boxes. On the applied side, I'm interested in low-resource NLP for Kazakh, RL for LLMs, and reproducible research, with practical engineering skills in Python and SQL.
