1.000.000 to 1.500.000 KZT per project (1 month, April) · Astana / Remote, part-time

Responsibilities6

• Setting up monitoring for key metrics (services, clusters, resources)
• Collecting logs from all services in OpenSearch
• Configuring alerts and access rights in Grafana
• Connecting servers as GitLab Runners
• Ensuring stable infrastructure (dev/staging/prod) through IaC
• Configuring CI/CD for ML pipelines (on-premise servers)

Requirements7

• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Alertmanager
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and server administration
• Experience with CI/CD (GitLab CI), GitLab Runner
• Experience with OpenSearch, Postgres, Redis, Kafka, Centrifuga
• Ability to write IaC (Terraform/Ansible)
• Setting up logging and monitoring
• Integrating alerts in Telegram and Slack

Requirements6

• 4+ years of backend development experience
• Clear understanding of scalability, fault tolerance, and security principles
• Deep understanding of system design principles and architectural patterns
• Python proficiency, understanding of asynchronous principles in Python
• Knowledge of DevOps principles
• Tech stack: Python, FastAPI, SQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kafka, Celery

• Video streaming experience
• Architecture design from scratch experience
• Team Lead experience

• 1+ year in AI development or 3+ years in ML solutions
• Deep understanding and practical experience with modern ML and DL methods
• Expertise in NLP including transformers, BERT, and GPT models
• Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and data processing libraries (pandas, numpy)
