Responsibilities:
• Brainstorm demo ideas
• Build rapid prototypes
• Harden to production
• Integrate LLMs end-to-end
• Provide feedback on model failures
• Collaborate with product/eng/solutions

Requirements:
• 5+ yrs SWE
• strong Python
• full-stack comfort
• ship production code
• end-to-end shipping
• solid LLM understanding

Optional:

• extraction/agents/screenshot→UI
• evals/guardrails
