Canada based company developing a product in healthcare
Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of AI engineers and analysts to deliver advanced AI solutions
• Work on challenging data science and AI projects covering different AI models (linear & logistic regression, decision trees, Naive Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbors, learning vector quantization, support vector machines, random forest, deep neural networks etc.)
• Work with data scientist, data engineer, managers and doctors to build a set of international healthcare systems and curated data repositories
Requirements:
• Proficiency in ML algorithms such as multi-class classifications, decision trees, support vector machines and deep learning (PyTorch preferably)
• Strong understanding of probability and statistical models (generative and descriptive models)
• Experience working on NLP problems (named entity recognition, text generation, etc)
• Advanced programming skills with C/C++, Python, Java or R
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and results to technical and business audiences in a comprehensive manner
• Experience in developing and deploying enterprise-scale ML solutions
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
