Abstract

This paper is devoted to the examination of the Pitch of the Kazakh Dombra tuning, which is a famous two-stringed plucked chordophone, functioning in modern musical practice. Author uses the various especially experimental materials, including the results of sociological test of experts and traditional and modern musicians as well as concrete indicates of the Pitch of Instrument's tuning in the process of their sound.
